Why build a new platform?
When we were looking to start our own answering service, it was impossible to find a suitably flexible system and switchboard. Almost all of the existing systems were created for either local inbound or outbound communications, leaving us with inadequate and outdated options!
In response to this need, we created a new inbound platform and launched it within several specific brands in the Netherlands. We are now proud to be able to offer this unique platform to third parties. (Platform as a service, PaaS).
