How to register, setup, change in 9 easy steps

Yes, you get a standard Dutch landline phone number for free. This number is reserved for you so callers do not get a voice response system. These numbers are always local rate numbers, so NO premium rate numbers.

You can add an unlimited number of contacts in our answering service.
Every so-called “sub account” can receive and manage phone calls.

Important; If you create additional contacts in your account the main account (holder) also can see and play the notes and phone call recordings off the subaccounts. This may be privacy-sensitive, be clear about this to your employees.
We only record the part of the conversation between caller and operator, not the conversation between you / your employee and the caller after the transfer.

An alternative is that you create a brand new account for each additional contact with a personal phone number, also within two minutes and without further obligation. Employees or other sub account holders can’t access the main or other sub account details.

You don’t like to answer each call? But maybe you do like to know if it is our agent who is calling you for a consultation or transfer?
We use a default number to contact you, this number is 085-7604646. Do you have a missed call and you do not use voicemail? Look in your email or in the secure customer portal for the the call-note. We don’t answer this number.

Yes! It is not “criminal” to record your own calls for this legitimate purpose. This is not sneaky, we act on your behalf and handle a brief telephone conversation.

You are the”owner” of this conversation and we act on your behalf, you may also record calls without prior authorization or notice.

Note that further disclosure of such a conversation is not always allowed.
Recordings are for own personal use, only. Publication can be illegal, please check your local law(s) for restrictions.

Are you looking for a temporary solution for your telephone answering?
No problem! Our business model is always pay-as-you-use or pay-as-you-go; we don’t have subscription (requirements). We can help you during illness, pregnancy, relocation, vacation, holiday, peak hours, emergency … you name it!

We are open on workdays monday-friday during 8:30 am till 5 pm. Your are free to choose when to use us for answering your calls.

We record every phone call between caller and operator, you can play the conversations via PC or Mobile Phone. With only one click, you can assess each conversation by giving it 1 to 5 stars. We think this is the best quality control!

Yes, we answer the phone friendly and polite. Just in the way as you have indicated in our system. You can also customize this live.
To monitor the quality you have access to the best quality supervisor; yourself! You can re-play every conversation and thus judge. We always take your feedback very seriously!

That’s no problem. Our answering service can also receive the transfer (*21) of your existing phone number, landline or mobile.

You will receive your invoice per e-mail, always on monday. In this e-mail you will find a direct link to the payment providers Paypal (Credit Card) & iDEAL (bank payments). We have friendly prices, so pay on time and avoid additional costs for reminders.

Privacy is hot! And rightly so!

We respect each his or her privacy. We do everything, as far as we reasonably can to protect privacy.

Important to know. The first account that you create on the phone answering service has administrator rights. Think of it as the master user. That means you can review all call notes and listen all voice logs with the credentials of this account. So even those of your colleagues (if you have created additional contacts / subaccounts. You can compare this with the rights that a network administrator at a company has. Actually, it’s quite logical but please be clear about this to your colleagues.

Colleagues that have a sub-account (using their own email address and a unique password ) can only access their own notes and recordings.

If you as an administrator do not want to have access to the data of other employees ( so called sub ​​accounts), you can also setup additional new extra account. Free and no additional obligations.
