How does our answering service work?
- Create your account and make a one time setup payment
- You will receive an e-mail from us, in the e-mail you will find your personal 085 local-cost Dutch phone number
- With your account you can log into our control panel, here you can write down your personal instructions for our telephone operators
- After this you forward your current phone to your designated 085 number (use 3185 from abroad) (or you simply use the 085 number for your clients to call directly)
- When your callers call your number our operators will answer the phone with your company name
- Our operator will make a note of the call and after hanging up the phone you will receive an e-mail with the note automatically (transferring the call to your personal extension is also possible)
- You can pay afterward via PayPal, direct debit or international transfer. You only pay for the handled calls, so NO monthly fee
Our opening times are 8:30 am – 5 pm from Monday to Friday. Outside these opening times we can transfer the call to another destination or play a message with/without voice mail option.
