Creating an account for our telephone answering service is free, without obligations and in 2 minutes “immediately” ready to use.
The steps:
1. Follow the steps on the website and enter your company details.
2. The instruction for the operator is a short and powerful text what all the operators will see. You can change and update this text anytime.
3. We will ask a one-time payment to setup your account. After this one-time payment you will pay after invoice (payment term is 8 days after invoice date).
After the successful authentication-payment you immediately receive a few emails from us:
– Account information including your personal telephone number (including login information)
– Invoice Payment Confirmation (payment received)
– Phone Answering Service Information (Important information for management and use)
Login to your account and update your settings and preferences such as extra contacts.
You can also enable or disable the option for consultation calls.
(Consultation is the situation in which the operator will call you and tell who is on the phone, you can always decide whether you want to connect yes er no, than the operator takes a note)
In your e-mail is also your personal number, is exclusive for your company. How to use this number:
1. You give this number to your customers, contacts, website, printing etc.
2. You connect an existing number (such as your private, corporate, international or mobile) to to this number.
