How can you use the telephone answering service and system?
Some helpful tips and tools to help you with the system.
- Make your information complete and keep it up-to-date.
- Create additional contacts and update preferences for call forwarding.
- Example of the Notification (e-mail) from a received call (call note).
- Re-play of recorded telephone conversations (between caller and operator).

Add extra contacts in your account:
1. select the correct option in the menu
2. Select new contact or change the settings of an existing contact:
Select any additional settings or change existing data. All changes are effective immediately.
The phone number you provide here will be used for transfer and consultation. Our operators will not see this number for your privacy.
If you indicate “no” transfer, we can consultate this contact. If you choose “only in emergency” the operator will consider whether to make an inquiry yes or no.
After each call you will receive a call not by e-mail. Including call and caller details and a link to your customer portal:
In the customer portal you will have the recording of your conversation and an overview of all your call notes:
Online reporting in CSV / XLS
On your personal home page you can find all the details. Select your time slot and you can instantly download the data in CSV or XLS or convert into another database format.
